Tax is added to store pick-up orders because you are placing an order with the location that you schedule your order with. The tax rates are based on which bakery you place your order with. Think of it as calling in an order for pick-up and pre-paying for it over the phone.
We kindly ask that you carefully select your pick up date and time. However, we understand that circumstances may occur that prevent you from picking up your order at your scheduled time. If you need to change your pick-up time within the date that you originally selected, please notify us within the first 12 hours after your order has been placed by calling the location you placed the order for pick up.
Keep in mind that we will only be able to move your pick-up date beyond your original pick-up date. We cannot accept date changes beyond the 12 hour time frame after an order has been placed because our bakeries will have begun acquiring the necessary perishables to fulfill your order. We will reach out to you as soon as we can with an update.
All online sales are final. However, we want to be as accommodating as possible, because we know that your order is important to you, just as it is for us. If you selected a wrong color, entered the wrong writing, selected the wrong flavor, etc, please call the location you placed the order for pick up as soon as you possibly can. The earlier we receive a request for change in an order, the more likely we will be able to correct it. Unfortunately there comes a point in every order in which we are unable to make any changes, which is why we kindly ask that you carefully review your order before submitting it.

All of our location are open Monday thru Saturday, 6:30am-6:00pm. Except Financial Center is open Monday thru Friday 6:30am-4:00pm. Extended hours for our Providence location are open until 8pm Monday-Thursday and until 9pm on Friday and Saturday.
We are closed and do not allow pickups on the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day.
Our cupcakes are sold individually and by the dozen, and can be mixed and matched in anyway possible.
Some of our products that contain cream cheese must be refrigerated, like our Strawberry cake or Lemon cake. Others do not have to be refrigerated, like cakes that are covered in fondant or butter cream.
